The Reciprocator Control system is simple to use and intuitive in it's operation. The main software comes complete with a fully operations simulation mode so you can familiarise yourself with it's operation away from application.

The system can be supplied in one of two options:-

1. As an OEM version
   This solution consists of a DIN rail mounted main control card 18cm x 7.5cm which would normally be situated in the back of a cabinet. The optional display would be mounter in the local vicinity. This however is not a necessary item for the operation of the controller and once configured it's only function is for editing parameters and for diagnostic functions. In fact the display can be dispensed with altogether and a PC located elsewhere and be utilised when necessary.
2. As a complete system
   In this situation a total solution is provided in the form of a 19" rack mountable enclosure which contains all necessary equipment to control a Reciprocator including the 7" graphical touch screen display.

The controller can be configured in one of three basic configurations:-

1. RC60 mode
   In this mode only the Reciprocator is controlled and a single start switch is all that is required.
2. RC61 mode
   In this mode gun trigger points are added optionally at the top and bottom of the stroke.
3. RC62 mode
   In this mode track and components sensors are required to provide ghost detection. The Reciprocator only runs when components are detected and only paints when these components are in from of the guns.
